This project involved the construction of three new build properties to the rear of an existing garden plot. Working closely with the developer, we provided practical solutions and value engineering to ensure the project was delivered within budget during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite supply chain disruptions and changing site conditions, our proactive approach, careful planning, and strong collaboration allowed the development to progress efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and programme targets
